PEACE CORPS IN NASARAWA READY FOR PEACEFUL, SUCCESSFUL ELECTION DUTY Nasarawa State Command of the Peace Corps of Nigeria, says it has dispatched its officers and men across the State to support other sister security agencies towards the smooth conduct of the Saturday February 25 Presidential and National Assembly polls. Patriot Bala Joshua, the State Commandant of the Corps, disclosed this during an exclusive interview with News Crew today. Bala Joshua who was represented by the Corps Deputy Commandant in the State in-charge of Intelligence and General Duties, Julius Maigan, said the personnel have been instructed to cooperate and report to security agents around their domain in a bid to containing election violence and electoral malpractices which include vote-buying, vote-selling among others.
