Meet IORPEV JOY SUUR.



From Vandeikya local Government, Benue state. Tiv by tribe who is celebrity photographer.

A graduate of Mathematics and statistics from Federal university of Agriculture Makurdi Benue state.

She is a great Entrepreneur in the making and  the pioneer for All Secondary School Cake competition who have impacted her immediate environment positively in various ways her pursue as a professional photographer has made  her to standout among her peers taking  photographs of well known celebrities in different professions  in the society like Music Artists, choreographer, Comedians, Models etc.

What triggered her  into photography as a profession is the love she have despite her  first desire profession was modeling but due to the environment she find herself people don't appreciate the profession of modeling so she  fuse herself into  photography by building a momentum  for photo shoot for her own  modeling portfolio combining the two together.



Coming  from a State where women are not independent from men she has been trying to break forth from that  tradition and norms about her gender which is one of the barrier depriving women not to pursue their desire  profession including the  finance and other moral  support she didn't have  she  choose not give up but to  leave her comfort zone to  Lagos  a voyage for brighter future in grooming  and nurturing herself from other high profile professionals who are inclined in the business aspect of photography .


Her vision is to be one among the top 5 Best photographers in the world that would work with international brand, government parastatals, Big brand companies in Nigeria and the world at large , to own one of the biggest and well known photography and nurturing School where youths from the grassroot with special gift and talents will undergo proper training and orientation that encourage them to use their talents towards national development starting from their own environment.

Her advice to her Peers and gender is to  Have confidence in their dreams and pursue it. They should not all their gender to limit them to achieve anything in life that they have  the power to conquer and overcome any challenge the encounter.

The celebrity photographer crowned it all as she say in  all honesty women have the edge in various profession using herself  as professional photographer than the males in her field in addition in her own words "the world will be a better place if women know their worth and  power they have and how to use it positively to achieve better solutions that will bring growth and development in the society."
