 Our society is an inclusive place  where everyone have a role to play towards the growth and development of his or her immediate environment, projecting gender equality and bringing the think tank and brainstormers to sort out positive solutions that will change the narratives in ill society being envelope by incompetency and fallacies agent dragging us to be stagnant is the cure now.

The time has come for those who are hunger for positive impact in their immediate environment and ready to liberate and represent the masses politically by bridging the Gap and bringing the fair share of democratical benefits to the grassroots.

Meet Josephine shagbo malla the game changer with her Manifesto aspiring to be the first female councilor representing wamba west, in wamba local government area of nasarawa state.

According to proscopius,she helped her husband make decisions, plans, and make political strategies.

She participated in state councils and had great influence.

Theodora was involved in helping underprivileged women in well known instances,

Theodora during her reign she expanded the right of women, instituted death penalty for rape.

The history of Justinian and Theodora has really inspired me in many ways.

She was a woman in her own time who was given the opportunity to be heard, understood, and believed.

Every woman should be given the opportunity to be heard,believed and understood, In that way she can be able to contribute her own quoter towards the  growth and development of her nation.

 

My prime Aims And Objectives.

my aim is to focus on our rural  educational system, must especially to improve the girl-child to be more inclusive.

Research has shown that in the world 10.5 million girls are out of school, and some has never, and may never step their foot in the classroom.

We must know that women has the highest capacity and ability to improve the economy growth and development.

Education is the only silver and gold which girl child should obtain be it formal or informal.

The only self-defense and independence she gain at the result of sound education.

Education will never be forgotten or fade in the entire generation.

If I am given the opportunity to become the first female councilor in wamba west,I will do my best to initiate programs in schools That will benefit every child most especially the girl-child..

I will engage supervisors to supervise the commitment of every teacher in my wards and organize programs and activities that will encourage and benefits the children.

Base on my track record i have organized  programs on girl-child Education,drug Abuse and rape in wamba local government in 2019.

I know what it is like to be abused, addicted and being deprived,  I will initiate programs that will create awareness in the Local Government Area.

I will strive to improve public schooling for our children and also support our rural communities and local businesses to flourish by creating a soft Landing for them to aquire softloan from financial industry by partnering with commercial Banks.

I will make sure our communities get clean and pipe pump water, for those that already have and the boreholes are bad,we will find a wayup to fix them to have a healthy environment.

I will create a podium that will discover, showcase and promote talents from the grassroots which will reduce crime and other social vices affecting our youths not to be productive.

Women that owns small business I will make sure they gain support from Non Governmental Organization (NGO) and commercial banks around the state.

Wamba Local Government is the home tourism and cassava flour i will make sure the lost glory is returned by encouraging investors to invest in our tourism and Agriculture product.

I know our dear nation is in crisis but I will make sure I play my part towards the betterment.
